PulsimSuite was developed by TNO specialists, who have executed numerous API 618/674 consultancy projects on pulsations and vibrations in pipe systems over the past five decades. Our knowledge is consolidated in the PulsimSuite software package, and the users can count on the full support of this experienced group of engineers. Don’t hesitate to contact us for issues on using the software, or for resolving modelling or analysis questions.

The Word/Excel report shows a (static+dynamic) pressure loss over the pulsation damper that is lower than the static pressure loss of the line connection orifice plate. How is that possible?

Do I have to include the pressure loss over an orifice in the pipe system (e.g. on the line connection of a damper) in the pressure loss to be compared to the API criterion for maximum pressure loss?

Mechanical Response stops during a set of HRA runs; ANSYS.log file shows “FLEXlm server is not responding”. Why?
